11:30-2:30 – Tour of the facility
3:00- 5:00 – Travel back to TorontoPlease bring your own meal and beverage

Dr. Amy Proulx, Professor and Program Coordinator for Culinary Innovation and Food Technology at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College conducted the tour. A comprehensive tour of the Institute included the research program, Facilities, Industry partnerships and Student accomplishments.
