Food Science & Quality Assurance committee is pleased to announce the following Technical One Day Course in cooperation with SGS Canada. Please note that course certification will be issued by SGS Canada.

CSIFNS Members: $200 CAD
NON-Members:      $250  CAD

Please notify CSIFNS Food Science Committee by sending an Email to info@csifns.ca .
Course registration payment must be received by E-Transfer or Cheque payable to ” CSIFNS”  no later than March 7th , 2016.

Course Objectives:
FSSC 22000 allows companies that achieve FSSC 22000 certification to meet the requirements of several global retailers or major branded food companies under a single, internationally recognized food safety management system. Upon successful completion, you will gain an overview of the scheme and its standards and understand the requirements to consistently maintain your FSSC 22000 system.
FSSC 22000-compliant food safety system is a GFSI- recognized food safety management system, in accordance with ISO 22000:2005 and ISO/TS 22002-1:2009.

Prerequisites:  It is desirable, but not essential, for attendees to have some knowledge of basic food safety and quality management systems.

Who Should Attend:
Food safety managers; quality assurance, quality control or regulatory affairs managers; department supervisors; implementation teams; and anyone interested in gaining insight into the requirements of an FSSC 22000-complaint food safety management system

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before March 7th: If the participation is below 20 attendees, Course will be cancelled and registration fees will be refunded.
Cancellation after March 7th: There will be no refund, if there are 20 paid participants, the course will be conducted on April 10, 2016.  If any paid participant decides to cancel his/her registration after March 7st, there will be no Refund.
